Account Setup
In order to establish an account with Joan Baker Designs, we need the following:
A completed and signed copy of our credit application – or you may attach your credit sheet to our signed application.

Back Order Policy
Back orders under $50.00 will be cancelled unless specific instructions are given either to ship the back order or to substitute with best sellers.
Claims
All claims must be filed for approval via fax within 7 days. Please notify carrier immediately of package damage.

Delivery
Typically our delivery times are 1 to 2 weeks on open accounts
Late Charges
A late fee of 1.5% per month will be applied to all Past Due invoices. Any discounts given will only apply to invoices paid within terms.
Minimum Orders
Our minimum opening order is $150.00 and minimum reorders are $100.00. Minimum order quantity is one each unless otherwise noted.
New Account
A completed Credit Application and a state resale certificate is needed to establish a new account.
Prepayment
Acceptable forms of prepayment are a cashier's check, money order or Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discovery. Personal/Business checks are subject to delay for bank clearance.

While Joan Baker Designs, Inc. uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up to date information on this website, error or omissions sometimes occur. Joan Baker Designs, Inc. makes no warranties or representations as to the accuracy of this website. All prices subject to change without notice.
Product colors represented on our website may differ from actual product due to user monitor calibration and the nature of our hand painted products. Every Joan Baker Designs product is hand-painted. No two pieces are exactly the same in design or color.
Returns
Written authorization must be obtained before merchandise may be returned. Items returned without authorization will be refused. Freight charges must be prepaid. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Substitution Policy
JBD will only substitute upon request and only with best selling designs.
Credit Terms
Our credit terms are net 30 days from the date of invoice with approved credit. A $25.00 fee will be charged on all returned checks.
